Keep the 24/7
Helpline Open
No one should suffer in silence.
Every call for help deserves an answer.
Your donation this Ramadan keeps this lifeline open.
Here for You, When You Need It Most
Behind every call is a story:
A youth battling addiction, a stressed mother, a student questioning faith. When they're lost, Naseeha’s Helpline is there.
We support individuals, couples, parents, and youth through emotional distress, grief, family challenges, and moments of crisis, including when someone feels unsafe or at risk.
Your support ensures every call is answered. This Ramadan, keep this lifeline open for those in need.
The First 24/7 Muslim Mental Health Helpline
Naseeha is a non-profit organization
funded by the community through Sadaqah and Zakat.
What began in 2006 as a simple idea has grown into the first 24/7 Muslim mental health helpline, available day and night, including weekends, holidays, and late hours when support feels hardest to find.
Calls come in at all times, even at 2 a.m. And we answer.
Our trained counsellors offer a listening ear, emotional support and guidance grounded in faith and care. We support youth, parents, couples, newcomers, and individuals in distress.
No one is turned away.
Keeping the helpline open requires $500,000 each year and supports trained responders answering calls in multiple languages, 24 hours a day.
This Ramadan, help keep the line open so every call is answered.

Free Therapy for Those Who Cannot Afford Care
Some people need more than one conversation. They need ongoing care.
Naseeha created the Free Therapy Program for individuals who need long term mental health support but cannot afford therapy. We believe mental health care is essential, not a luxury.
Through Zakat funded donations, eligible individuals receive 8 to 12 sessions with licensed, faith aware therapists, including refugees, students, single parents, and low income families.
This program exists so no one has to struggle alone because of cost.
All free therapy programs at Naseeha are Zakat eligible.
We Need YOUR Help
This Lifeline Exists Because of You
The helpline is only possible because people choose to support it.
Every donation keeps the phones on.
Every contribution helps ensure someone answers the call.
Every gift protects a space where someone feels heard
instead of alone.
Your support sustains a service that our community depends on, especially in moments of crisis.
